Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We currently do not support returns or size changes, nor provide a return address because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
However in the below scenarios:
Damaged or faulty product:
If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible. Please get in contact with us at support@makesomaliagreatagain.shop within 15 days, with pictures and a description of the issue.
Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, please email: support@makesomaliagreatagain.shop with us within 15 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and work through your claim to get a replacement
Returned to Sender
For orders that are returned to the sender, please get in contact with us, and we can get a replacement sent out for the cost of the shipping of the order.
Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:

Wrong Address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. You will have to place a new order to receive the item.
Rejected by the Recipient: If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to place a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
