2. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

The purchase conditions for our products are governed by these terms and conditions, which the buyer must accept unconditionally prior to purchasing the products. 

These terms and conditions have been drafted in accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection regulations, and in particular Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.

We advise you to consult, read, and understand these terms and conditions before making any purchase of our products.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT

a) The customer selects the desired product by clicking the "Add to Cart" button, which automatically adds it to the shopping cart.

b) Once the product is selected, the customer can modify the quantity, add more products, or proceed to checkout in the shopping cart.

c) After clicking the "Checkout" button, the website will request personal information to ship the product and issue the invoice. The customer can also check the box to receive marketing communications or to be reminded of their order for future purchases.

d) By clicking the "Continue to Shipping" button, the website will display the information entered in the previous step and the available shipping options. The customer must then select one. Once the shipping method is selected, the customer will be redirected to the payment page.

4. PAYMENT METHOD

In the final step of the purchase process, the USER/CUSTOMER will pay the purchase amount at the time of ordering the purchased products. The website will display our payment gateway so that you can enter the necessary information to process the payment. Please note that the WEBSITE will not store any of the bank details entered; the payment gateway is responsible for managing your data. For any questions regarding this matter, please contact the payment gateway administrator.

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a purchase confirmation with all the details within 24 hours to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this email, or if you have noticed any errors in the information entered for the purchase, please contact us.

The USER/CUSTOMER must notify the website administrator of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for payments, via email or telephone, as soon as possible so that the administrator can take the appropriate action.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All products purchased on the administrator's website may be returned according to the terms on the Returns & Exchanges policy.
